David Savidge

David brings nearly twenty years of litigation and transaction experience to his clients’ disputes and deals. David represents individuals, small and mid-size companies, and large corporations in their transactions and in court. He successfully represents his clients at trial, appeal, arbitration and mediation as well as before administrative and regulatory bodies.

David began his career working with the Manhattan Admiralty Field Office of the United States Department of Justice and then Prisoners’ Legal Services of New York. He then moved on to work with large AmLaw 100 firms in Los Angeles tasked on cases from internet domain name challenges to half-billion dollar terrorist insurance claims. In 2006 David moved with his family to Boulder (where his wife’s family ran the Peking Restaurant at Pearl and 11th from 1973 until 1981). David has continued his litigation and transactional practice representing individual and business clients in matters involving:
